Military Sleep Method Which Works For 96% Of People Can Send You To Sleep In Two Minutes
The military sleep technique, which seems to be effective for 96% of individuals, claims to help you fall asleep in just two minutes.
A lot of people struggle with falling asleep.
When you’re lying in bed and your thoughts are all over the place, just waiting for the clock to tick down until you have to wake up again can really make you feel anxious.
The most annoying thing is that the more you want to fall asleep, the more it feels like sleep is running away from you.
A new technique, inspired by the military, is going viral online because it says it can help people fall asleep in less than two minutes.

Justin Agustin, a popular fitness and health influencer, has introduced the military sleep technique to everyone.
He says that it can make people fall asleep in less than two minutes, and what’s even cooler is that it seems to work for more than 96% of people!
After Agustin posted the method on his TikTok, many people started sharing their own stories in the comments below.
A person says, “I grew up in a military family, so I learned this early on. Plus, I had a psychology teacher in college who was a veteran, and he taught us the same thing. It really does work.”
Someone else says, “I struggle with really bad insomnia, and nothing seems to help. I manage to sleep a little with a bunch of medications, but I never feel refreshed when I wake up. I’m going to give this a try tonight.”
While a third attests: “My mom taught me this and I taught my children. My son has many challenges and this helps him relax and fall asleep quickly, he’s 9.”

So, what is the military sleep method?
According to Glamour, this product was made just for US military soldiers and is designed to perform well even in really tough situations, like an actual battlefield.
According to Medium, the 1981 book ‘Relax and Win: Championship Performance’ by American track and field coach Lloyd Bud Winter explains it.
And even more importantly, how do you try out this method at home?
According to Forces, there are six simple steps you can take.

Start by making your face feel really relaxed. Shut your eyes tight. Take deep, slow breaths. After that, let all the muscles in your face loosen up gradually.
Now, relax your shoulders and let your hands hang down. Release any tightness, beginning with your shoulders and then going down through your upper arm, lower arm, and into your hands.
Next, make sure to breathe out and let your chest relax, while keeping your shoulders and arms loose.
Next, you should loosen up your legs just like you did with your arms. Begin with your thigh, move to your calf, then your ankle, and finally your foot.
Next, you need to completely empty your thoughts. Picture a calming scene and keep it in your imagination.
If your thoughts keep drifting away, you can try saying “don’t think” in your head for ten seconds at a time.
