Mia Khalifa admits she has one big fear as she explains why she decided to start OnlyFans account

The former adult actress joined OnlyFans back in 2020

Mia Khalifa, who used to be an adult film star and is now a popular internet personality, has shared what she fears the most since she began her OnlyFans account.

Khalifa became famous all over the world in 2014 when she appeared in a controversial adult video that got 1.5 million views on PornHub.

Even though Khalifa only made adult films for three months, she became really famous and well-known for much longer than that.

In 2016 and 2018, she was the top female performer searched on the adult website, but she also faced a lot of criticism and even received death threats because she wore religious clothing in her most popular video.

After facing a lot of criticism, Khalifa has tried to move away from her adult film career. Now, she works as a sports commentator, is popular on the internet, and even started her own jewelry line last year.

She is really popular on OnlyFans, where she started in 2020. Since then, she has become one of the top earners, making around $6.2 million (£4.2 million) every month from her content.

Even though OnlyFans and Khalifa have a bit of a wild reputation, her latest content isn’t as risqué as what she used to do. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t still some worries for the 31-year-old.

In a 2023 interview with El Pais, Khalifa shared her reasons for choosing to join the platform.

“I wouldn’t really say it’s modest. To me, it’s more about what someone prefers,” she said. “Women from certain religious or social backgrounds might face a lot more challenges and pressures than others do.”

She mentioned that she doesn’t talk about avoiding nudity on OnlyFans in a snobby way or to make herself seem superior to anyone else.

Naturally, the conversation quickly shifted to whether Khalifa would be taking off her clothes and going nude for her fans in the near future. The actress admitted that she’s ‘worried’ about her old nude pictures coming back on social media again.

Khalifa shared, “I’m super worried that my private photos might get spread around again, but since I’ve been working in Europe, I’ve been feeling really inspired to make beautiful art. This has helped me feel more confident about sharing more of myself.”

Sometimes when I take pictures without a shirt, I actually feel pretty good about it because I don’t think they look too sexual. If someone else sees them that way, that’s on them, not me.

Khalifa has talked about her time on OnlyFans before. In a past podcast, she mentioned that she joined the site to help raise money for the Lebanese Red Cross after the big explosion in Beirut in 2020.

I have to come up with $100,000 to donate to the Lebanese Red Cross after the explosion in Beirut, and I figured that using OnlyFans could be a good way to earn that money.

“And then I got s**t for using money I made on OnlyFans to donate.”
